Customer Cancellation: An order may be cancelled before it is handed over to the courier. Once picked up or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation By Bemast: We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected misuse or circumstances beyond our control. Any amount paid for an order cancelled by Bemast will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Timelines: Delivery periods may vary based on your geographic location. Bemast is not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners or unforeseen external circumstances.
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate; we are not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Five-Day Window: An eligible return or replacement request must be submitted by 11:59 PM IST on the fifth calendar day following the courier-recorded delivery date.
Eligible Issues: Requests are considered when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is delivered, an item or component is missing, or the product is materially different from its website description.
Condition: Items must remain unused and unworn, with their original tags, accessories and packaging intact.
